Exchange & Refund Policy

At KiddiToyz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Exchanges:

You may exchange an item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@kidditoyz.com. Include your order number and the item you wish to exchange.

Refunds:

If you would like a refund, please return the item within 7 days of receiving it. To qualify for a refund, items must be unopened and in their original condition. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after we receive the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund as needed.
